- Confirm previous AGM minutes
- Presentation of the 2024–2025 Annual Report
- Consolidated financial report for Ātiawa ki Whakarongotai Charitable Trust, Ātiawa ki Whakarongotai Asset Holding Company Limited, and Wharekohu Fisheries Limited
- Appointment of Auditor/Accountant
