Te Ātiawa ki Whakarongotai Charitable Trust warmly invites you to attend a Special General Meeting (SGM) to consider and vote on the ratification of the restated Deed of Trust.

The Trust has contracted electionz.com as an independent election management company to manage the voting process for their 2025 Special Resolution Voting. Voter packs are being sent to all adult verified members with a current address who can vote either by post, internet voting or by ballot box at the SGM. Postal and internet voting close at 12 noon on Saturday 27 September 2025.
