There are six candidates standing for election this year. The three highest polling candidates will be elected as Trustees and the fourth highest polling candidate shall be elected as an Alternate Trustee.

If you haven’t voted:
• there will be a Voter Representative present to issue and receive votes
• special voting papers can be issued to any adult members on the day

If you’d like to vote but aren’t registered, you will be able to apply to vote at the hui noting:
• the voting paper will be issued on request but will only be counted if you complete the required registration process by the close of voting as well.
• verification of your registration will happen early next week before the final election result document is generated on Thursday 11th April.

The in-person Ballot box voting tomorrow will end when the formal part of the hui closes.

Light refreshments will be provided after the hui.
